Please note our properties are located in Hanover Illinois, faraway from Chicago and not to be confused with Hanover Park Illinois.

We do not charge an application fee. In order to limit the processing of applications of people who have no intention of renting, we only process applications of people who have visited the unit and are in the market for a rental, looking to occupy within a week or so.

We do not do virtual showings. We want our potential clients to see and feel the property and its surroundings before they rent.

Applications are provided at the unit after the showing.
