GENERAL

Application is required to rent.

We offer one year leases, renewing yearly.

Security deposit is required.

Have to visit the rental unit for us to process an application, application fee is waived.

Need to fill out application and hand in or submit to kailapropertiesllc@gmail.com

Require clear background and verifiable income to support rent and other expenses.

Need to submit proof of income with application, either pay stubs or award letters.

Need to show government issued photo ids.

At this time we do not accept section 8 vouchers.

We do run a background check and follow a standard process to qualify applications.

All utilities are tenant responsibility.

NICOR Gas provides gas supply.

Village of Hanover provides electricity, garbage disposal, water and sewer and requires a $500 deposit for starting services.

First Month Rent.

$500 Utility Deposit to Village of Hanover.

Apply for rental unit and upon approval the follow steps outlined below:
Deposit First Month Rent plus Security Deposit and Pet Fee if applicable at the bank and send deposit receipt.
Review and sign lease agreement.
After receiving Utility form transfer all utilities to your name.
Send utility deposit receipt and utility account numbers.
Arrange to walk through and pick up keys.

We can complete the entire process within a working day if required.

We do allow pets in some of our rental units, our listings do mention if it is allowed or not.

Certain rental units may not be suitable for medium sized to large pets.

We follow a process and review this on a case by case basis.

We maintain the outside yard.

Tenant responsibility to ensure trash free, object free and fire safe yard.

Village clears the street after snow, tenant responsibility to clear doorway and path to street.
