Casper Bluff Land and Water Reserve is a 170-acre property located in Jo Daviess County, Illinois, near Galena. The reserve contains the Aiken Mound Group, which is part of the larger Effigy Mound culture that existed between A.D. 700 and A.D. 1000 in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, and Illinois 3.
